Methods of printing on fabrics
Heat transfer printing
Heat transfer printing is a printing method by which images are applied to a thermal transfer film and then transferred to t-shirts, sweaters, hoodie and other clothing. The transfer and fixing is due to the action of high temperature. The advantage of heat transfer printing is that the ink is firmly fixed to the printed material, allowing long wearing of clothing.
The thermotransfer film is ideal for application to synthetic, mixed and natural fabrics. With the help of a thermal film it is possible to apply logos, images, inscriptions on clothes, flags, uniforms, overalls, bedding, specials textiles, etc. As a result of thermal transfer printing, your image can be single-color, multi-color, or with special effects (glare or glow).
Full-color heat transfer printing
Full-color heat transfer printing is the same heat transfer printing that allows you to print full-color images, such as photos and complex graphics, on t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other clothing. Printing is done by a printer that prints ink on a special film, which then transfers the image to the garment.
For printing, we use non-toxic OKI dry-based inks, which are environmentally friendly. Therefore, clothes with such a print are perfect for children. Direct digital printing on t-shirts is not limited to the number of colors, so multi-color printing or photo printing will not be a problem. You can create unique designs for clothing of any complexity, up to 30х42 cm in size.
